PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  •   We make every effort to ship all orders in 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been dispatched. You can also contact us to keep you up with any update on the order.
  •   We provide free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Mexico for order over $49.
  •   All orders ship from China. Shipping estimates are based on dates provided by shipping couriers and shipping times may vary depending on shipping location. Delays experienced by shipping couriers, customs holds & other external third parties are outside of our control.
  • Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you provide a PO Box or Parcel Locker address, your order will not be shipped until we get in touch with you for an alternative address. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
  • SHIPPING DELAYS DURING SALE PERIODS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. Due to the huge response we receive during sale and promotional periods, there are times when we will be unable to ship your order the following business day. Please allow additional days for the processing of your order during sale times, as well as any Chinese public holidays when our dispatch centre is closed. SHIPPING OPTION

  • We offer standard and express shipping. Free shipping applied to order over $120. Contact customercare@shifangle.com if you have any questions.

DELIVERY

  • Delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on your state. Most of the shipment arrive within 3-7days.
  • Not received a package? We are sorry to hear that you have not received a package after the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as you aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
  • How do I track my package? Easy Peasy!! As soon as the courier picks up your parcel you will receive an email with the tracking number, in order for you to monitor the status of the delivery on the courier’s website. Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES

The displayed product costs do not include taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery. The price buyer paid to us are the product price itself. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes fees. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. If the package is shipped back because the customs payment was not paid we are not able to refund the order.

We hope you love your new purchase with shifangle. But in case you’re not 100% satisfied for any reason you wish to return eligible, unused products purchased from shifangle.com you may do so by shipping the goods back within 7-days of the delivery date for store credit.

HOW TO SET UP A RETURN?

To set up your return please email customercare@shifangle.com with your order number, reason for return, and the  items you wish to return. Besides for your information, shipping costs are non-refundable and cannot be credited. 

Once we’ve received your email, we will contact you with details of your return so that you can send the package back to us.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Once your order arrives back to our warehouse it will be processed within seven business days and store credit will be issued.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR BROKEN?

We aim to get it right the first time, which is why each product goes through a rigorous quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product upon delivery, please email  customercare@shifangle.com with your order number and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can make this right.
